Quil

Quil is a highly trained assassin and an aribter of matter.

He comes from a tribe of people who are highly aware to all forms of energy. Consequently they believe the world is imbalanced and they seek to bring balance towards light and dark.

Quil travels the universe assassinating people in an effort to bring balance.

His blade is known as the Soul Sword and it is an ancient weapon created by the Imps. It can hold a near infinite amount of souls within it but the user of the blade will only be able to use a select few for combat.

Due to possesing the Soul Sword he is frequently targetted by the Imps who are trying to retrieve it.

Thanks to his heightened senses and the Soul Sword he is able to hold his own against almost any opponent.

Quil spent a short period of time on the Milky Way Express due to the common goal of trying to eliminate Arseno.
